Welcome. My name is Stephanie and I am an Associate Professional Clinical Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist. Congratulations on taking the first step towards your healing journey. I hope you find a therapist you feel comfortable with to accompany you along your journey. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress management, self-esteem challenges, and relational problems. I maintain a non-judgmental space and provide unconditional positive regard with all clients.

I take a Multicultural and Integrative approach to therapy. I like to examine and acknowledge how intersectionality (the relationship and interaction between your identities like age, class, gender, race, sexuality, etc.) may have an impact on your life, and I blend therapeutic techniques/models with one another depending on what suits you best.
