Rate for Insurance
For those covered with Tricare Prime, VA Choice, VA Community Care, TriWest, Molina Medi-Cal, Health Net Medi-Cal and Aetna Medi-Cal and multiple EAP plans, since we are in-network providers and the cost is fully covered, there is no cost for services provided and no pre authorization required. Scheduling within the same week.
We are also in-network with a majority of major insurance companies. Please contact us and we can provide you with the cost of therapy would be according to your insurance plan.
Note to Active Duty Service Members and their family members, we do see active duty service members and will assist in acquiring authorization for you to receive individual counseling. If you are a family member, no prior authorization is required now as we are in-network providers.
Rate for Self-Pay
Our full fee for counseling is $300.00 per session for individual or couples. If you are using insurance, this is not your cost for therapy.

Cancellation Policy
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment to avoid being charged for your session. The cancellation fee is $75.00 per session.
