Associate Clinical Social Worker #120032

We may be a good fit if you are someone or a couple who is seeking a sense of safety and connection in their world-whether that's with themselves, others, or their environment, we all deserve to feel heard and seen. Those who may feel overwhelmed, uncertain, or struggle with expression or feelings of alienation. My clients often desire to better understand themselves and their relationships, looking for more clarity, confidence, and sense of control. While many are open to exploration and are ready to engage in a collaborative process, I welcome anyone who is struggling or conflicted. Whether it's feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain about where to begin, my goal is to provide a space where we can explore challenges, express themselves, and build a stronger foundation for emotional well-being.

With 5 years of experience in the social and mental health fields. Specializing in supporting clients with depression, anxiety, relational dynamics, somatic work, and grounding techniques, I am dedicated to providing compassionate, client-centered care. I have speciality experience with LGBTQ+, Youth and Families, and marginalized experiences. With an empathetic, identity-based approach, I integrate a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Mindfulness, and Emotionally Focused Techniques, to help clients navigate their experiences. I value a collaborative, empowering, and exploratory therapeutic process, aiming to support individuals in deepening their emotional understanding, developing regulation skills, and cultivating intentional, authentic connections to themselves and others.

Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy connecting with nature through gardening and outdoor activities, as well as spending time with my dog, Cricket. I have a passion for movies, concerts, and ceramics, which contribute to my intentions toward curiosity, compassion, and community. I would be honored for the space to work with and explore your inner world to build toward security and sense of self.
