Darlene Meza

Associate Marriage and Family Therapist #154014

Associate Professional Clinical Counselor # 19061

Welcome - my name is Darlene Meza (they/them), and I am a bilingual English- and Spanish-speaking therapist who is passionate about supporting individuals, couples, teens, and families through healing and growth. My first goal in working together is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and comfortable being fully yourself. Finding the right therapist is an important step, and I'm honored to join you on that journey. I use an integrative, trauma-informed approach that blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and somatic practices such as movement, mindfulness, meditation, and yoga. I believe that everyone has the ability to rewrite their story, reconnect with their inner wisdom, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned. I have experience supporting clients through trauma, anxiety, identity exploration, relationship challenges, emotional regulation, and major life transitions. My work is inclusive, sex-positive, kink-affirming, and welcoming of all relationship structures, including polyamorous partnerships. My intention is to help you feel grounded, empowered, and more connected-to yourself and your relationships.
