Associate Marriage and Family Therapist# 160621
Hi, my name is Ashley Burner, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT). I offer a supportive, grounded space where you can feel seen, understood, andempowered to create meaningful change. I work with adults, teens, and couples, and Iespecially enjoy supporting clients who have experienced trauma.
Many of the clients I have worked with are navigating trauma and PTSD, anxiety, grief, and major life transitions-times when life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or hard tocarry alone. I also have experience working with domestic violence in a therapeuticcontext, supporting both individually the survivors and the individuals who have causedharm and are seeking accountability, insight, and healthier relational patterns.
My approach is trauma-informed and collaborative, blending practical tools with deeper emotional work. I integrate CBT and TF-CBT, mindfulness, parts work, and psychoeducation to help you better understand what's happening internally, build coping skills that fit your lifestyle, and create lasting change. In therapy with me, you can expectwarmth, honesty, and a steady pace. We'll work together to strengthen emotional regulation, rebuild a sense of safety and self-trust, and move toward healing that feels compassionate, empowering, and sustainable.
