Associate Marriage and Family Therapist # 141451
I have a special interest in exploring what balance will be like for you when you're managing many areas of your life--including but not limited to-- your career, mental health, and how you show up to loved ones.
Having a multicultural background allows me to recognize the complexities life is composed of and also remain open to who may walk through the door. I implement a client centered and strengths based approach in therapy. I empower my clients by offering a safe space for them to explore what brings them to therapy. My experience includes working with clients who have experienced disorders such as schizophrenia, depression, or anxiety. My background has involved working with people in BIPOC communities. I have received training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT), as well as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT).
I look to provide room for you to feel safe and accepted. I strive to listen and utilize creativity for you to feel known and seen.
